I'm a nurse and I love to run so my body takes a beating. The one thing over the last 10 years that has kept my body and mind in check has been yoga. I've driven the entire Denver/Boulder area to take classes, wishing there was something closer. I've dreamed of a studio being in the Northern Commerce City area for a long time. Now my dreams are becoming a reality. I am opening a studio to bring the benefits of yoga to my beautiful community. My goal is to provide a place where everyone can come for fitness, peace, strength and healing. I will provide a wide range of high quality classes at an affordable price. Classes will include hot yoga, vinyasa flow (very aerobic), slow flow, toning, yoga basics, kid's yoga, mommy and me and a mat Pilates class. We hope to be open in March 2015. While this certainly isn’t Sherry’s 25th class overall, it is her 25th class on her road to reigniting her practice! Through physical therapy and some modifications, Sherry has been starting over, but fast tracking her journey! We are so proud of her and her accomplishments, so honored to have her as part of our community, and enthusiastically looking forward to celebrating her next milestone and the one after that and the one after that!
