This week I started on a Journeyto find the distance I’ve lost in my game - I know I’m short and fat and getting older - still it’s beyond that. I’m using the Super Speed 3 club system SuperSpeed Golf Training System and I really hope I continue to see this trend!
Day 1 set the Base to build from.
Average Swing Speed W/ Driver 89.2 (I know that’s slow) then did first 10 minute session.
Day 2 - 10 minute Session - Then hit balls - Swing Speed Average 90.4
Day 3 - 10 minute session - Swing Speed Average - 91.6
Day 4 - 10 Minute Session - Swing Speed Average - 95.6
On the first day my top club head speed was 92.5
On Day 4 I saw several over 97
Don’t get me wrong this system isn’t making me “stronger” yet but I’ve noticed it’s rebuilding flexibility and extending my backswing thus swing speed! I hope it continues I’d love to get back to 100’s 100-105 would be awesome. I miss shooting under par ready to get back to that… Maybe.
