Okay Party People!!
Here is the NEW jam I'll be hitting the floor with this evening and I have good news. This instructor had a sped up (wait, is that a word?) version of the song on this video and we will NOT be doing that speed. The regular speed version for 4 minutes is plenty.
"Rock This Party" is on and starting tonight at Sportscenter Athletic Club at 7:30pm. It's a little repetitive but WOW what a core and cardio workout we've got here!! I hope you like it because you'll feel this one tomorrow....and that's a good thing!

Yes!! It's another Monday and that means it's time to start your week off with a dance fitness party that's sure to SQUASH THOSE CALORIES and ramp up that adrenaline and momentum for a great week!!
Join Sandra and I tonight and every Monday night at Trinity Lutheran Church in Landis at 6:30pm. Doors open at 6:15pm.
We've been off for the last 5 days so we're SO READY to jump back in with our fitness family so grab a friend and your favorite sports drink and LET'S GO !!

It's a Monday Dance party happening at Trinity Lutheran Church in Landis tonight at 6:30pm. Door open at 6:15pm. Sandra and I will be pulling out an exceptional setlist to include all our new jams (Spicy Margarita, Golden, Da Dip, Hot Butter Summertime), Proud Mary, 2 line dance jams (Flex, Get it Poppin), 2 Zumba Toning jams w/ shaker weights (we provide those) warmups, cool downs, and a final stretch. I forgot to mention we'll be featuring our Bruno Mars hit Uptown Funk!

Wait!! You haven't been to one of our parties yet??!!
Sandra and I LOVE new classmates, and we welcome ALL ages and fitness levels! Plenty of room to space out in our full court gymnasium with party/club lighting and sound system. Hate the treadmill? Me too! Our classmates burn anywhere from 500-900 calories per session. $5 at the door and you can pay by any of those apps. The information will be posted when you come in!

Grab your besties and get to Landis tonight for a party that needs a fire station next door (yes, we have that too)!!!
