Good turnout today. I got to teach 5 classes and clean the school. It couldn’t have been a better birthday!

We had a busy Monday night with full kids classes and Fundamentals. Let’s keep it going tonight!!

As a Royce Gracie black belt I believe it is imperative to look professional on the mat.

I regularly get questions about my belt because it stands out in every group. This is my 3rd belt made by them, which is still in great shape considering it’s over 5 years old and I’m on the mat almost everyday.
