We got his Pivot suspension balanced for his needs and learned how making lift can be easy and safe.
As a coach, I’m all about giving a client the knowledge of how to improve their skills on their own before our next session. Get out and apply those techniques! Practice on a bike is really where the growth happens.

I don’t do my fair share of trail work so I tried to make up for it last Saturday.

This little section of the Unknown Trail in Rockville park ALWAYS got me until I rode it with . Your money is better spent on a coaching session with Ian than buying some piece of gear you think will help. I raced the Rockhopper Enduro on Sunday and had a blast. Ian won the whole shebang and I finished 33 out of 93. Last in the Pro category! Great fundraiser for the Dirt Dogs. Video on Patreon tomorrow and YouTube eventually!
