Hey, are you seeking to lose weight, feel better, and be healthier? Are you someone that needs help designing a fitness and nutrition program? or do you just need help staying on track? or both? My name is De’Vin and I am here to help you build a healthier lifestyle and improve your overall well-being by focusing on improving your fitness level and nutrition as well as building healthy habits and lifestyle changes. I have experience in both training and coaching and most individuals benefit the most from a combination of the two approaches. Together we will build a customized plan that works for you and is one that you can stick with long term. Additionally, we will schedule coaching calls so we can make sure that you are staying on track or that we make changes to the program as needed. My ultimate goal is to help my clients achieve wellness and satisfaction in the areas that they are struggling with.

• Qualification: NASM Certified Personal trainer, NASM Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (post rehab), 7+ years’ experience as a trainer, instructor, and coach.

• Services offered: Fitness & Nutrition coaching calls (via Zoom), Personal training, as well as assistant with healthy habit building, planning & goal setting, and meal planning.

My program can be broken down into two main areas:

Training: You get custom workouts as well as access to my online platform where I can post stretches and workouts for you to do on your own.

Coaching calls: You get weekly or bi-weekly coaching calls (via Zoom) where we go over meal planning and check-in on progress. With the coaching calls you also get weekly emails to help reinforce the training and coaching and to keep you focused on each aspect of the program.

So, no matter what your goals are (improve fitness, improve flexibility, weight management, etc…) together we can build a program that works for you.
