Fitness involves attributes that include, but are not limited to mental acuity, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility. Stop just seeking only to lose weight (scale) and understand what it takes to maintain the “lifestyle”. 👊🏽💯
