đToday is National Mom & Pop Business Owners Day⊠and this one hits a little different for us...
This gym isnât just a business. Itâs early mornings, late nights, tough decisions, and a whole lot of faith when things feel uncertain. Itâs showing up when weâre tired, figuring things out as we go, and choosingâover and over againâto keep building something that matters.
We donât just run a gym. Weâve built a place where people get stronger⊠physically, mentally, and in ways they didnât even expect when they first walked through the door. This is why we keep going, keep pacing with big corp gyms, keep fighting for survival.
There are days this is heavy. Really heavy. There are days it stretches us. But itâs ours. And weâre proud of that.
To everyone who has supported House of Steel Fitness Centerâwhether youâve trained with us, cheered us on,or trusted us with your journey⊠thank you. You, along with our team, give us the fire to keep going and youâre a part of this story too.
And to my husbandâthank you for being in this with me. The risk, the sacrifice, the work, the vision⊠all of it.

đ„Join the 2026 STAND TALL 8 week Challenge! We have had several people inquire about our next 8 week Challenge. We had one group start this past Monday but since there is interest building, we are looking to kick off another group April 6! If you are interested, message us. This program is HIGHLY successful if you complete it with fidelity. Read more below...
The focus isnât about getting skinny. Itâs about training your body to be strong, capable, firm, and confident â then fully owning what you have built with a gym photo shoot!
The plan includes:
1. A checklist-style 8-week training/lifting program.
2. A bikini-figure competitorâinspired nutrition plan to support strength and results
3. Daily accountability texts and support
4. Pop-up workouts with House of Steel trainers
5. A private Facebook group for support and consistency
6. One 3D Body Scan
The challenge starts April 6th It is a one time fee of $100 to join the 8 week challenge which covers 3D scan, meal plan and fitness programming. It is extremely flexible to your schedule. Use your own home equipment or your gym membership. Spots are limited.
We encourage participants to layer this on top of a Gym and /or PT Flex package.
