Weā€™re excited to share that new equipment is coming to the Adrian L. Shuford Jr. YMCA! These upgrades are designed to enhance your experience and give you even more opportunities to reach your health and wellness goals.

Hereā€™s what you need to know:

Monday, August 31
šŸ”§ Equipment installation: Our team will be installing the new equipment beginning at 8:00 am.
šŸš§ Temporary closure: The cardio section of the wellness center will be closed on this day to allow the installation to happen safely and efficiently.

Tuesday, September 1:
The new equipment is ready! Weā€™ll reopen and welcome you back to experience the upgrades.

We know your workouts are an important part of your routine, and we understand that even a one-day closure can be an inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these improvements.

We think youā€™ll agreeā€”the upgrades will be worth it! The new cardio machine features brands such as CORE Health & Fitness, TRUE Fitness, and Precor. All the new machines will include new technology and programs!

We canā€™t wait for you to see whatā€™s new and get back to doing what you love at the Y.

Last week, we had the joy of helping local students head back to school with confidence, excitement, and the supplies they need to succeed.
