Kids Can Learn, Too! ❤️ Kids are always learning — including how to respond when something unexpected happens. CPR training gives children an opportunity to become familiar with important emergency skills and learn that when someone needs help, they can take action, too. Sometimes that starts with something as simple as knowing:
Call 911. Get the AED. Get help.

Swimming can help kids build stronger listening and comprehension skills. 🏊‍♀️🧠
Every swim lesson gives children opportunities to listen carefully, process instructions and put those directions into action—all while building confidence and skills in the water.
Research from the Griffith University Early Years Swimming Project found that children ages 3–5 who participated in swimming scored an incredible 20 months ahead in understanding directions compared with the expected population norm for their age.
