Everyone digs the long ball..
But NOBODY likes getting injured.
Club head speed and distance are trending right now, and the golf industry is filled with programs, equipment and devices to help you "improve speed"
BUT
If you are not working on the foundational principles of athletic performance, injuries will be your biggest obstacle in improving club head speed.
Never lose the ability to do the basics, and do the basics WELL.
Flexability, mobility, and stability are the foundation to which you build your athletic body.
