Here at CrossFit Conshy it’s not all barbells and kettlebells. We get outside and do old school intervals too!

Ernie, aka “Big Ern” plays competitive ice hockey on a weekly basis. We train sled sprints regularly to keep him explosive without the impact of things like box jumps and snatches. (Which are both awesome moves if your joints are up for it)

Ernie was a member in our group classes for almost a decade, recently he has moved on to one on one training as it suits his schedule better right now. Love CrossFit but interested in training at off peak hours one on one? Let us know!!
