We had a great first day at the Greenbrier Office.. come see us Monday-Friday 8 to 4:30 closed 1pm to 2 for lunch..

The Title Co’s do their best to have their clients fill out a Homestead Credit letter and get them to our office. If we receive it, it’s filled out correctly & if we have a house on the books at that time, we will use it instead of mailing you one. If we do mail one out, then 9 times out of 10 that means we didn’t have a back up letter to use and we Do need that one back. Be proactive and do not assume anything! Things get lost in the mail or get placed somewhere and lost. If your taxes are paid thru your escrow account, make sure you know that we received a Homestead Credit letter for your property.
Read your tax statements, check our websites at arcountydata.com or actdatascout.com. Don't wait years and assume that we have your homestead letters from your closings at the title companies. We can not go backwards and put those on and give you credit. Thanks.
