The countdown to the Conway Kids’ Triathlon on July 25 is on and Conway Regional is proud to be a sponsor of this year’s event! Our Kids Triathlon Complete Race-Prep Program kicks off today and runs through July 23, helping athletes ages 6–15 build endurance, confidence, and race-day readiness through structured, team-based training.
Participants will train together twice a week, focusing on swimming, biking, and running skills, while also developing strength, stamina, and transition techniques.
For athletes who want an extra boost or a focused tune-up closer to race day, our Transition Camp is open for registration. This short, high-impact camp is designed to sharpen race-day performance and build confidence heading into the triathlon.
Camp Details:
• Dates: July 13 – 22
• Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
• Time: 7:00–8:30 am
• Ages: 6–15
• Pricing: $50 Members | $65 Non-Members

Meet Rhett Thurman | HFC Personal Trainer 💪🏼
We’re excited to officially welcome Rhett to the HFC Personal Training Team!
Originally from Cabot, Rhett earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Sports Management, both from UCA. He also holds a NASM Personal Training Certification.
Rhett brings a strong background in athletics and performance training as a former UCA football player (2021–2024), and many members may already recognize him from the fitness floor after joining the HFC team in August 2024 as an intern.
Whether your goal is building strength, improving athletic performance, gaining confidence in the gym, or simply feeling healthier overall, Rhett is ready to help you take the next step.

June Group Exercise updates are here! There are several new classes to keep your fitness routine fresh and exciting.

Mobility with Shanley will now be Mind-Body, a refreshing mix of yoga, mobility, and Pilates designed to help your body move, recover, and reset. *Thursday will remain Mobility.
🔥 Wednesdays at 10:00 am
Get ready for Cardio Sculpt with Shanley! This total-body format combines light cardio bursts, strength, Pilates, and functional movement for an energizing mid-morning workout.
🚴 Rachel Returns!
• Mondays at 5:30 pm — Cycle
• Wednesdays at 4:30 pm — NEW! L1FT
L1FT focuses on strength development through varied training styles and workout-of-the-day programming with smart, safe, and progressive movement for all fitness levels.
