Much more than a gym..
You may see a building full of equipment. I see days/weeks/months/years of dedicated non stop work. What are you willing to sacrifice for your dreams?
Things are going to go wrong. In life, business, marriage, relationships…. No matter what happens, you keep moving forward. As the famous says, you don’t have problems, we have more work to do!! Life is going to see how bad you truly want something.
If you are truly shooting for something great, people will not understand you, people will be jealous. F*** them! My good friend explains this very well.
You can make it happen!! You want to lose weight, start a company, turn your relationship around, pass that test, whatever it may be.
Make it happen, work harder, and stop making excuses.
Hard times will come, it’s called life. Stop making excuses and take control of your life!

Attention Ruffhouse Members!!
It’s that time again. You know we love doing giveaways and you guys love winning FREE stuff.
We will be giving away a supplement and apparel combo this time. Here’s what’s up for grabs: Raw Intra, CBUM Thavage pre, and Anabolic Warfares’ creatine mono and anabolic recovery (EAAs) as well as your choice of a hoodie, t-shirt, or an exclusive shirt from our next drop.
Here’s how you win:
We will give every member two weeks starting 03/03/23 to refer as many people as possible to sign up at the gym. Who ever has the most people sign up will receive this prize.

Attention RuffHouse Members:
What’s going on Ruffhouse fam! We are working extremely hard on getting our expansion/gym updates done here for you guys! As y’all know, we put our hearts and passion into this gym!
You guys are truly are amazing with bringing people in and spreading the word of RuffHouse! That being said- We really could use everybody’s help to be able to take this gym to the next level and do everything that we have in store
We really need each and everyone of you to try to bring in and show RH Fitness to just 1 person. If you bring in someone, you will get a free drink if your choice! If that person signs up, you’ll get a $15 credit that you can apply to anything in the Ruffhouse store! If we can have each member bring in one person -of course, more is always acceptable 🖤- then this will put us in a position to really skyrocket this gym and make this place even better for everyone.
We love you guys and truly appreciate everything y’all have done this far. We know this would make such a big difference for us as a gym, as well as for all of our dedicated members 💪🏾❤️🔥

Waiting on our new grips to come in for these but they are good to go now!
