We are excited to announce a brand new race this Thanksgiving in downtown Conway, SC. We hope you can join us and help us raise money and collect for for our local CAP chapter.

We are excited to announce the 1st Annual Diamond Shores Conway Turkey Trot in downtown Conway, SC at 8:30am on Thanksgiving morning. Come out and create or continue a family tradition of running on the largest running day of the year. There will be a canned food drive with door prizes and all food and part of the race proceeds go to our local CAP chapter. We hope to see you there.

Results for the 8th annual Terrence Carraway Memorial 5K at Darlington Raceway this morning in Darlington, SC can be found below. Had a record turnout of over 550 runners who took on and competed the course that is "Too tough to Tame". Thank you to all runners who came out and ran and to help honor the memory of Sgt. Carraway.

We are excited to share that through the tremendous turnout and generosity of our sponsors that the Florence Freedom 5K was able to donate over $1,100 to the Florence DAV this year. This money will help the DAV help veterans, and we could not be happier. Thank you to all who participated and we hope to see again next year!!
