Ok Ladies! I need help. I'm not a morning person. What are something to do to become a morning person? I feel better and am more productive when I get up early, exercise and get ready for the day. I just have no motivation or drive.

So last week, I didn't exercise much, drank several cokes, and had lots of junk food.
This week, I'm back on track! It felt good to exercise today. Today was Cardio and Bum Bum.

I'm not a breakfast eater, but I love have a Shakeology in the morning! This one has vanilla Shakeology, frozen strawberries, banana and milk.
Also, my really picky eater who don't like vegetables are the first ones in the kitchen when they here the blender!
If you have picky eaters and want a wait to get their serving of vegetables in let me know!

Today was week 1 day 1 of Brazil Butt Lift! Let me know if you would like info about this program! I am looking to help other women in fitness, nutrition and financially!

Life has gotten in the way for a couple years and my fitness journey died. I'm going to be actively posting and encouraging ladies through their fitness journey. I am a on the go mom of 3 active daughters but I have to put myself first again.

Welcome 2014! What things do you want to improve in 2014?
Mine is getting back into exercising. At the end of last year, I developed some health issues that caused me to stop exercising. I am happy to say I just completed Day 1 of T25!!
