Its time to start getting back to it
This is a goblet squat hold.
This will help develop a better riding stance. Leg strength is so important as a motocross athlete. It will also help build better posture by holding the dumbbell up to your chest.
Try this for 20 seconds and gradually hold for longer when you feel comfortable.

Its says overreaching but I say screw that. Put in the work and listen to your body. If you can do more, DO MORE! Push yourself and get results! That's all there is to it.

If you want to work on explosiveness and strength...try this. Make sure you keep your core tight and you repeat in both directions.
