Happy Friday tribe! We know big things are happening as we begin to transition into Zen Studio Conway! We will still be having a small class schedule into 2024 until the merge is complete. We will keep on burning! Check the class schedule each week to see our offerings🖤

Thankful for my tribe (soon to be tribe) on this Thanksgiving Day. Power Hour and all the sweat this morning was everything. Oh, and a dance party to Lil Jon. Thankful for all of you! 🖤🖤🖤🖤

NEW ERA CURRENTLY LOADING 🖤

For the past 10 years I have had the joy of getting to live out my dream as the owner of the very first fitness studio in Conway. It has and always will remain one of the biggest accomplishments of my life. Currently my season of life is changing and I’ve made the decision that ownership of a studio does not serve me or my family in this new season. To everyone who has ever moved within Burn’s walls and for all those that have supported this young 37 year olds dream. THANK YOU. And although Burn Studio will be ending it’s era…… something exciting and way bigger is coming.

Conway, it’s time for my Zen Studio era! I’m not going anywhere, in fact you just might be seeing a lot more of me. It is an HONOR that Burn Studio will merge into Zen Studio Conway. I’ll still be teaching some of Burn’s fave classes on their schedule AND training all my clients!!! I’m so excited for this new chapter with all of you! For now, Burn will still be operating normally through this transition. Go follow to keep up with all the deets on opening sometime in Jan/Feb. I’ll be keeping you posted as well. PLEASE WELCOME CAMDEN and HANNAH to Conway. This will be the fourth Zen Studio they will open and this merge is such an honor. I can’t wait to work alongside these two amazing women! Let’s freaking GO🖤🖤🖤🖤
