2001 Alpharetta Fire

The 2001 Alpharetta Fire are an established 16U "A" team playing out of North Park in Alpharetta GA. This is our 4th year together and will are playing in highly competitive "A" tournaments including ASA Qualifiers and College Show Cases.

For the 2nd straight week, the 2001 Alpharetta Fire finish in 2nd place.

This past Saturday it was in Woodstock GA where the Fire played 8 games in an ASA/USA 18U "A" tournament finishing 2nd in the Gold Bracket.

Over the 2 week period, the Fire scored 110 runs in 13 games with an overall record of 9-4. This has been a great start to our first season as at 16UA.

So proud of our team.

Congratulations to the 2001 Alpharetta Fire for finishing in 2nd place at the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta tournament on Saturday Nov 12th in Jackson GA. The Fire won our first 4 games amassing an incredible 53 runs winning games 11-9, 18-2, 10-6 & 14-1. The day ended with a 3-6 loss in the championship game to a very good Lady Panthers team. Great way to start the 2016/2017 season as we move our team up to 16U.

Following a very successful 2016 season and in preparation for the 2016/2017 season, the 2001 Alpharetta Fire will be hosting tryouts! Come out and join us as we prepare to qualify for the 2017 ASA Nationals!

Congratulations to the 2001 Alpharetta Fire! After winning the USSSA Georgia State Championship, the Fire finished in 5th place out of 43 teams competing in the USSSA National Championship held in Destin Florida. Our overall ranking of 5th place out of 2,600+ teams in the SE region is a great way to finish the 2016 season and to get us prepared for moving up to 16U "A" in 2017. We couldn't be more proud of our team and all of their accomplishments this season. Hard work and dedication truly pays off!

Great Start to the USSSA Nationals in Destin Fl. The Fire finish in 1st place in our pool on Monday by defeating the Kentucky State Champion Derby City Orange Crush 3-1 and then defeating the Louisiana Magic 5-0. This sets us up well for our bracket games which start on Wednesday. Keep up the good work ladies.

Congratulations to the 2001 Alpharetta Fire for coming in 1st place at the USSSA Georgia State "B" Championship on June 4th.
We will be competing in the USSSA Georgia State "A" Championship this coming weekend at North Hall Park in Gainesville. Come cheer us on.
