Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is… pause.
If you’ve been carrying the weight of a busy week, feeling mentally tired, physically tense, or simply longing for a little quiet, tonight’s Restorative Yoga is for you.
Restorative yoga isn’t about pushing, sweating, or striving. It’s about supporting your body with props so you can fully relax, calm your nervous system, soften tight muscles, and give yourself permission to simply be.
✨ No experience is needed.
✨ Every pose is fully supported.
✨ Leave feeling rested, grounded, and renewed.
Join me tonight at 6:00 PM at Easy Tiger Coffee Roasters.
Please pre-register at SunJoyYoga.com or send me a message so I can be sure to have props ready for you. Or walk-in with your own props.
Come exactly as you are. Your body—and your mind—will thank you. 🤍

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest.
Restorative yoga is a deeply supportive practice designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension held in the body, and create space to simply breathe. Using bolsters, blankets, and other props, poses are fully supported so the body can soften instead of strive.
People often leave feeling more grounded, more rested, and more connected to themselves than they realized they needed.
If you have been feeling overstimulated, exhausted, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of quiet, this practice is for you.
Pre-register at sunjoyyoga.com or message me to insure props will be available for your use.
Come as you are. ✨
