Blocked emotions can manifest physically in the body over time, which is why sound healing is so amazing & helps to energetically cleanse & relax the body. 💆🏼♀️
We will be hosting a 1-hr Sound Healing Session this Thursday March 10th at Spin City Studio in Cookeville! 🤩
During this experience we will be concentrating on each chakra, using 🌈light therapy, 👃🏼 aromatherapy & 👂🏼 sound therapy to replenish the body & deliver a healing experience that will leave you feeling zen! Be sure to bring & blankets or pillows to keep you comfortable as you will be lying down for the duration of the Sound Healing 💕
