It’s Always Time To Vacation - September & October Dates Available

Sunnyside Beach & Tennis Resort in west Panama City Beach and rents on a weekly basis through Airbnb during the busy season of Spring and Summer and a 3-day minimum from August through mid-February. The house is 1,450 sf, 3 BR, 2.5 BA, Kitchen with island and dining peninsula, sitting area off the kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Laundry Room, covered front porch, open back patio, and two parking spaces. All sleeping areas are upstairs. Pack ‘N Play and high chair, if needed. The home was completely renovated two years ago and features a bright, beach decor and boasts a fully-stocked kitchen.

Eight people are permitted to stay, as per the development rules. The primary bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin-size bunk beds. The sleeping loft has a full-size sofa bed and is open, not a private room. No pets, no smoking, and no va**ng are permitted.

Sunnyside is one of the most unique properties in Panama City Beach, FL. There are 74 homes in a spacious, u-shape design, allowing all homes to feel the ocean breeze. The pool, kids pool, playground, tennis courts, volleyball sand court, and walking sidewalk are in the interior common area. Across the street, Sunnyside owns approximately 350 feet, giving you a private access point to the beach. Guests are provided a gate code for accessing the beach. If you don’t want to cross the street, we have our own, private tunnel under the road to our covered pavilion on the beachside; we are one of three tunnels in the entire state of Florida. The beach access features a covered pavilion, observation deck - ideal for watching the FL beach sunsets, a shower for cleaning off the sand, and stairs down to the beach. Public Access #93 is to the right of Sunnyside as you walk to the beach and it has a boardwalk down to the beach with just a few stairs to navigate. There are services that will rent and setup beach chairs and umbrellas, even setup a bonfire for you (approved vendors obtain the necessary permits). You are welcome to use your own beach chairs.

West Panama City Beach is the residential side, the quiet side - no commercialization. Sunnyside is uniquely situated between Inlet & Rosemary beaches and Pier Park in PCB, giving you great restaurants and shopping in either direction - Sunnyside is closer to Inlet & Rosemary beaches. With it’s well-thought out design and amenities, Sunnyside provides for a beach vacation of times past - a time to put down the cellphone, step away from technology and TVs, and reconnect with your family and friends.
