Instructor William and Instructor Michael are setting the standard, stepping forward to practice and demonstrate advanced kicks in our intermediate class with precision, power, and purpose. This is what leadership looks like, not just teaching, but leading from the front and putting in the work alongside every student.

In kicks class, we are not just going through movements, we are forging stronger bodies, developing powerful hips and resilient legs, and sharpening the speed that separates average from exceptional. Every repetition builds something greater, strength, control, confidence.

We stretch not just to improve flexibility, but to unlock potential. We train timing and accuracy not just to land kicks, but to master control and discipline. Every detail matters, and every effort counts.

This is how progress is made, through dedication, through intensity, through the relentless pursuit of improvement. Keep pushing, stay focused, and never settle.

The School of Shaolin Kung Fu would like to thank the City Of C**n Rapids Police Department on coming to our school to give us life saving advice on CPR and how to properly use a AED! Officer Platz did an excellent job using humor and common sense to get points across. Also want to give a shout out to my student Ross Meisner for help putting this together. Thanks Ross!!
