New Year, new you? Well... this could be you!
Meet Faustina 🙂 She started with me just over a month ago. Her goals were to lose fat, gain muscle and get healthy. She was ready to invest in herself again.
Today she did not want to do a check-in. She asked if we could skip. I convinced her to at least do photos because I knew her body was changing. After I made a side by side of her photos, she was convinced to do measurements. She is down 11 inches!! Yes, 11 inches. He body fat is also down 2.5%.
I am so proud of her! She is working out 3 days a week with one of them being with me in the gym. She is also logging her food and following the macros I programmed for her.
I am so excited to see her continue on this journey! I love that she is giving herself grace to do this journey imperfectly. We are human. We need to give ourselves grace because we are not perfect. She was able to enjoy the holidays and still have incredible results. 💪❤️

Let's talk about this gal! Hayley came to me in mid October wanting to take her health back. Her future includes trying to have another baby and part of that for her means getting back to a healthy lifestyle.
Hayley specifically wanted to lose fat, build muscle and just to feel good in her body.
Today we took photos and the results speak for themself.
I am so proud of her! We will be checking in next week for her 2 month check-in and I can't wait to see what her numbers show.
These photos are 45 days apart. You can do A LOT in just a few weeks.
Hayley's plan includes 1 workout with me a week and 2 or 3 at home workouts. She also logs her food every day and follows the individualized macros that I gave her. She is doing amazing!

I want to highlight this lady today! Dawn came to me less than a month ago with goals to feel better about her body and get healthier.
Although she has had an incredibly stressful month (child in the hospital and two funerals), she has managed to track her food daily and make it to two training sessions a week!
It goes to show you a few things. First, you don't need to be perfect. Whatever your journey may be, give yourself grace to be imperfect along the way. The little things you do really do add up.
Second, you don't need to be in the gym 5 days a week to make progress. You only need to be consistent and show up for yourself.
Third, the scale isn't everything. There is only a .4 lb difference in these photos yet she has lost 2 inches on her waist and nearly 5 inches overall. Her bodyfat has dropped over 2% and she's gained 2+ lbs of lean muscle.
I am so proud of you, Dawn!

One of my favorite services I offer is cupping therapy. Many of my clients have experienced the relief that comes from a cupping session.
If you didn't know, when we do strength training, there are small microscopic tears that occur in your muscles. These tears can cause adhesions to occur which many of us think of us knots or tight spots in our muscles.
Cupping therapy is a form of myofascial decompression that promotes healing by increasing blood flow and reducing muscle tightness. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, lifting the underlying tissue.
Benefits of Cupping for Muscle Recovery:
1. Increased Blood Circulation – The suction draws fresh, oxygen-rich blood to the injured muscle, accelerating healing. This causes the body to have an immune response which sends necessary nutrients to the site to promote healing.
2. Reduction of Inflammation – Improved circulation helps clear metabolic waste and reduces swelling.
3. Fascial Release – Cupping helps break up adhesions in the fascia, improving mobility and reducing stiffness.
4. Pain Relief – By reducing tension and improving blood flow, cupping can decrease pain and soreness.
