Eric Frankenfield is an exercise specialist with a passion and skill for improving the way people feel and function in their daily lives. Eliminate pain or build up the strength and energy to keep up with kids. Eric has a gift for assisting you in achieving your goals. Eric also brings a wealth of knowledge on sports rehab. He knows firsthand how years of a sport can leave muscles both under- and

overdeveloped, causing stress on joints and pain in the body. Eric opened his private training studio in 2020. He has 17 years of experience across all areas of fitness and a degree from Lock Haven University in Exercise Science. His goal in starting Kustom Fit Studio, was to provide a more private and customized setting for personal training. His approach includes an evaluation of body mechanics, flexibility, and strength. He lives in Bucks County with his wife and daughter, and enjoys being a part of the community!
