Our guests will also receive full access to the hotel’s Hot Spa/Pool and cozy Fire pit to unwind & connect following the activities. 🤗

Happy Weds Anew Family! 🌻

Wednesdays are a good day to carve out time for my practice. Here is a sped up (2x) of the Long Stretch Series in the classical repertoire with Long Stretch, Down Stretch, Up Stretch, and Long Back Stretch. (Elephant is missing from clip).

Some exercises are more advanced and we work with you on the fundamentals first to progress towards the full expression if that is your goal.🤗

Pilates is not one size fits all… it is a personal practice catered to what feels right for your body. 🥰

Good morning Anew Family! 🌄

So many reasons to be thankful to have opened Anew Studio in Copperopolis and these are a few examples of our beautiful morning sunrises and sunsets that happened this past last week as August comes to an end and we enter into September. 🌅

With Fall coming up, we are approaching Anew Studio’s 3rd Year Anniversary since we opened in Sept 2023! 🪷🎉🩵👏🏻

So excited to announce a few fun events coming up such as outdoor sunset yoga, Pilates in the Park, a Fall Day Retreat, and our 3rd Year anniversary celebration party. Stay tuned Anew Family! 💖

Thanks Anew Family for another Omazing Float Sound Bath Summer Series!! 🤗

This event fell on the sturgeon full moon lunar eclipse, which had the most amazing sunset I think I’ve ever seen since living in Copper!! And, we’ve had some pretty awesome sunsets! 💖🌝🌅🌞🌄

So grateful for our beautiful community and thanks to all who traveled from Groveland, Lodi, Valley Springs, etc., to bring your amazing energy to our event. As of now, this was our last Summer Float Event however, we may be adding a September Autumn Equinox Event to our calendar stay tuned! 🪷

Our Anew Intermediate students know I love me some “Knee stretch - knees off” (aka Jack Rabbit) to get the legs, core, and shoulders connected.

The knee stretch series usually starts with your knees down then progresses to a knees off version seen here with a flat back position engaging more of the lower abdominals.

At Anew, we meet you where you’re at to teach you the principles that allow you to progress with strength and confidence in your practice. ☺️

Greetings Anew Family! 💖

Today I carved out some time to practice “Control Back” from the Balanced Body advanced and Classical Pilates repertoire, which is a reverse plank on the Reformer.

This is also related to the exercise “Leg Pull Up” from the Mat series and can be done on the floor.

In a previous video I did “Control Front” which is the counterpart plank exercise. Before attempting this exercise or to replace it, students can practice tricep dips to feel the connection of their shoulders, triceps, and back.
