WELCOME Ale Pombo!

My name is Ale Pombo, and I am a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hr YTT, 50-hr Art
of Sequencing YACEP, Kids Teacher Training, and a 50-hr Rocket Teacher Training.

Yoga is both my passion and my purpose. My greatest joy is helping others experience
the many benefits of this transformative practice. My teaching is rooted in service,
guiding students back to themselves through intentional movement, conscious breath,
and steady presence.

Each asana and each pranayama is an invitation: to listen more deeply, to move with
purpose, and to awaken a greater sense of awareness both on and beyond the mat.
Through my practice, I hold space for both discipline and freedom, where commitment
meets exploration, and strength coexists with play.

I teach with passion, speak with honesty, and lead with empathy, creating an
environment where you’re supported and encouraged to push past autopilot and step
into your edge. I show up fully: outspoken, observant, and deeply empathetic so you
feel seen, guided, and empowered to meet yourself exactly where you are, and then go
beyond it.

This is more than a practice, it’s a return to presence, to power, and to the fullest
expression of who you are!

Join us under the full moon on Sunday, May 31st at 7:30 PM for a special rooftop practice with Carolina Flood ✨

This month, we’re gathering in support of Friends of South Florida Autism 💜 — a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and their families through education, resources, and community programs throughout South Florida.

This is a donation-based class, and all contributions help support their mission while continuing to create meaningful community events like this one.

Expect an evening of movement, reflection, connection, and full moon energy under the night sky 🌕
