I gotta say... Iโ€™m pretty F # proud of myself! I hadnโ€™t deadlifted in quite a bit. Yet, I was able to actually beat my original PR of 315lbs and I was able to hit 334lbs ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฆพ๐Ÿฆพ๐Ÿฆพ.
