The team is activated during large-scale disasters affecting the Miami Area as well as being a resource for other agencies. The Canes Emergency Response Team is a student-led team of trained and motivated students. The team trains routinely in triage, search and rescue, first aid, disaster preparedness, and more. Spring 2019 training dates are here!
Training will be held on Friday, Feb. 1st from 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Saturday, Feb. 2nd and Sunday, Feb. 3rd from 9 AM - 5 PM.
It will be in the Whitten Learning Center, room 120.

Training will be held on Friday, Sep. 7th from 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Saturday, Sep. 8th and Sunday, Sep. 9th from 9 AM - 5 PM.

We will be having an informational meeting this Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 8 PM in the SC Activities North (3rd floor). Come out to learn more about CERT and what we do!
