Watching you race, watching you grow — it’s hard to put into words what I feel.

You’ve become such a strong, focused swimmer, and seeing you earn high points on this meet filled me with a pride only a father and a swimmer can know.

The work you’ve put in, the discipline, the heart — it all shows and it worth it.

And I know this journey wouldn’t be the same without the guidance and support from and Also, with care and dedication from that goes way and beyond to get you healthy.

I’ve spent decades in the pool, but moments like this… they mean everything.

So proud of you, son. This is your time — and I’ll always be in your corner or behind the Blocks... or the camera. 💙

2025 Southern Sectionals in Plantation, FL. Amazing meet with amazing swimmers. It is always good to see fast times Really proud to see Lorenzo swimming in the same meets are olympians. It changes the perspective.

Week 15 out 29 started with a lot of rain. No practice today. Just dryland and weights.
Still long way to go and lots of challenges ahead, but fairly happy wity the results from the meet last weekend in Sarasota, FL.

5 weeks away (Nov 10) from the first meet on this semester
It will be fun and informative for the following weeks.

Starting week 3 out of 29 for the World Aquatics Masters Championships - Doha Feb/Mar 2024.

A lot of dedication and commitment ahead, but it will worth it every second!
