Mother’s Day isn’t just about flowers and cards.
It’s a sacred pause to honor the heart work of motherhood.
To every mama—
You love with your whole being, even when you’re running on empty.
You show up in ways no one sees.
You hold so much, feel so much, give so much.
Today, may you feel seen.
May you let yourself receive.
May you remember that even in the smallest moments, your love is changing the world.
Happy Mother’s Day. 💐
With love,
Ester

Grief in motherhood comes in so many forms—the loss of each phase, the way our children grow and change before we’re ready, the quiet shifts in our own identity. It’s something I’ve been aware of and working through for a long time, but lately, it’s been showing up even more in deeply personal ways.
Old wounds have resurfaced. Pain I once pushed aside is asking to be seen. And now, with the devastating heartbreak of the Bibas family in Israel, the weight of collective grief feels even heavier. Our hearts are broken. There are no words for this kind of loss.
But grief isn’t just about the biggest, most painful moments. And just because there are unimaginable tragedies in the world doesn’t mean the smaller griefs we carry don’t matter. On the contrary, I believe that when we practice honoring the grief in the everyday moments—the ones that feel “small” but still hurt—it expands our capacity to hold space for the bigger losses, too (may we never have to experience them 🙏🏼).
And here’s what I’ve learned: Honoring grief is not self-pity. It’s not victimhood. It’s not weakness. It’s allowing ourselves to feel because something mattered. And when we let ourselves truly feel—without judgment, without rushing past it—we make space for healing, for presence, for love to follow.
May we never ignore the grief that is asking to be held.
If this resonates, you’re not alone. Let’s hold space together. 🧡

The sacrifices no one talks about… but every mother knows.
Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also a quiet surrender.
✨ You give up sleep.
✨ You give up your body.
✨ You give up your freedom.
✨ You put your dreams on pause.
✨ You put yourself last.
And yet… you’d do it all over again. Because in every sacrifice, there is love. But mama, you deserve to be seen, held, and supported too.
If this post speaks to you, share a slide with someone who needs to understand what motherhood really looks like.
👇 Comment a sacrifice you’ve made as a mother. Let’s remind each other that we’re never alone. 💜

I used to ask myself this ALL the time—how do I know if it’s my anxiety or my intuition talking? (And I sometimes still do- that’s when I know it’s anxiety 😅)
Over and over, I reminded myself:
• Anxiety comes with a bad feeling.
• Intuition comes with a clear feeling.
Even if intuition was telling me something I didn’t want to hear, it never carried fear—it was just… true.
But after birth? Way harder to access. Postpartum hormones made it nearly impossible to hear my intuition through all the noise of self-doubt, fear, and the need to control. It took time, rest, and deep trust to come back to myself. I want to be that source for you. A steady reminder and safe space, because you deserve it. 🤗
Have you struggled with this too? Drop a 🤍 if this resonates!

Motherhood is more than just raising children.
It’s a mirror.
A trigger.
A deep, relentless teacher.
It will pull out every unhealed part of you—the ones you thought you had moved past, the ones you didn’t even know existed.
If you grew up without emotional safety, motherhood will challenge you to create it.
If you were taught to self-abandon, motherhood will force you to choose yourself or break.
If your nervous system has been in survival mode for years, motherhood will show you just how much healing your body is craving.
And if you listen—instead of fighting against it—you’ll see that every trigger, every hard moment, is an invitation.
To heal.
To break cycles.
To mother yourself as deeply as you mother your children.
This is why postpartum, matrescence, and the early years of motherhood can feel so overwhelming. It’s not just about lack of sleep or busy days. It’s about your body, mind, and spirit being cracked wide open.
It’s not easy. But it’s the work of a lifetime.
Have you felt this? That motherhood is about so much more than just parenting? I’d love to hear what it’s teaching you. ⬇️ (I’ll leave mine in the comments)

𝑼𝒏𝒑𝒐𝒑𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝒐𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒏: You don’t need more advice—you need to trust yourself more.
New moms are bombarded with advice. Some of it is helpful. Some of it… just isn’t.
But here’s what I’ve learned: postpartum isn’t one-size-fits-all.
What works for me might not work for you. And that’s okay.
Instead of searching for the “right” way, I want you to pause and ask yourself:
✨ Does this feel good for ME?
✨ Does this feel aligned with what I need?
✨ Do I actually want to do this?
That’s what I’m here to remind you—𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒚.

Motherhood isn’t about hustle—it’s about presence. ✨
I can talk about mindfulness and becoming present until my face turns blue because of how much it has impacted me. Presence is what always brings me back to 𝒎𝒆. Here. Now.
’s work shaped me from a young age, and truly living in presence as a mom has transformed everything. In motherhood, in healing, in trusting ourselves—presence is the answer. It’s where we find calm, intuition, clarity, and joy. It holds more power than hustling ever will. Try it. I dare you.
From one mom to another, this is the work I live and breathe—and it’s what I can guide you through in postpartum and new motherhood.
My Momease Membership is your direct line to me, your motherhood coach, here to support you every step of the way. 💜
