What an AMAZING first week at Fitwize 4 Kids Summer Camp! 💥

This week our campers stayed active, creative, engaged, and made unforgettable memories while building confidence, friendships, leadership skills, and healthy habits through FUN!

Here’s what we accomplished during Week 1:

🏃‍♂️ Fitness & Running Activities – Campers stayed moving with fun runs, obstacle challenges, and fitness activities designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence.

💪 Strength & Gym Training – Kids explored kid-friendly fitness equipment, rowing, tire flips, movement stations, and teamwork challenges in a safe and motivating environment.

🥁 Rhythm & Coordination – Campers worked on focus, listening skills, movement, and coordination through fun rhythm-based activities.

🧱 STEM & Creativity – LEGO building, problem-solving, and imagination came together as kids designed, built, and created amazing projects.

🎨 Creative Play & Play-Doh Fun – Campers brought their imaginations to life through hands-on creativity and storytelling.

💦 Water Day Thursday – One of the FAVORITE days of the week! Campers cooled off, laughed, played, and had an absolute blast during water fun activities! 🌊☀️

🍎 Fun Food Friday – Friday was full of smiles as campers enjoyed a fun food activity and ended the week on a delicious note! 😋

🧸 Special Plushy Surprise – Every camper received a plushy to celebrate an awesome first week of summer camp! The smiles were priceless ❤️

🏆 Challenges, Teamwork & Leadership – From fun competitions to cheering one another on, campers practiced sportsmanship, encouragement, confidence, and leadership all week long.

At Fitwize 4 Kids, camp is more than just fun — it’s about helping children grow stronger physically, socially, and emotionally while creating memories they’ll never forget ❤️
