🔥 KNOW THE DIFFERENCE 🔥

High-Intensity Interval Training (HITT):

Quick energy: requires quick energy, so the body burns carbs because they can be accessed and broken down faster than fat and protein.

Rapidly depletes glycogen: depletes glycogen stores so quickly that the body is forced to burn fat.

Increases metabolic rate: increased metabolic rate for hours after exercise, which can lead to burning more calories.

Low-Intensity Steady State (LISS) Cardio:

Steady pace: exercise is performed at a slow, steady pace, which allows the body to supply more oxygen. May be easier to recover from

Fat burning heart rate zone: exercises target fat burning over carbohydrates.

Fat oxidation: improves the body's ability to use fat as fuel instead of glycogen.

If you're trying to lose fat the BEST results will always come from you being in a calorie deficit alongside doing LISS cardio

I LOST 13 LBS and went from a 38 to 35 in my waist!!!

As a trainer, I have struggle with the shedding weight off my midsection. It seemed no matter how much I trained and what I ate, it never moved. Then I realized, I have not had a proper detox in a very long time. Another thing is that you can't outtrain a bad diet even if you think you eating healthy. I had to account for the calories taken in.

The detoxification of my body and getting rid of waist and impurities allowed me to start over. Now I'm going to move forward with High-Protein plant-based meals and Supplment shakes to make sure I'm looking my best always. Being over 40 slows down a lot of results, but at the end of the day, YOU are in control.
