Since 1995, USK Karate has been helping Coral Springs and Parkland get in to great shape, all while teaching self-defense. Kids learn how to be confident and strong, while adults enhance their personal growth and shed fat!
Sometimes the biggest growth is happening in ways you don’t even notice at first 👊
Work is basically a paid play datye. I guess when you are family owned and operated you love your job and the people more.

Watching Agnes grow over the past 4 years has been something truly special ❤️
From a spirited little beginner to a focused, courageous, and determined young martial artist… we could not be more proud of the person she is becoming 👊
I know I should go to sleep… 😴
…but my brain is like:
“remember that class?”
“and the excitement?”
Now it’s just highlight reel after highlight reel 😅
When you love what you do… your brain doesn’t clock out 😂
