We’ve gotten a lot of requests to share some of our favorite training tools! 👏

One of our go-to’s is the Bosu Ball because it helps athletes feel explosive movements while improving body weight distribution throughout different pitches.

Other tools that are similar and also cost effective would be mini pods or angled planks. Those are cheaper tools and you can do variations of these same drills.
