🎸 WE’RE HIRING! Join our team at We Rock the Spectrum - Memphis! 🎸✨

Are you energetic, playful, and passionate about inclusion? We are looking for awesome part-time gym staff members to join our crew and help us create a fun, safe, sensory-safe environment where ALL kids can play and thrive!🌟

What You’ll Do:
Interact & Engage: Play, encourage, and interact with amazing children of all abilities on the gym floor.
Maintain Safety: Supervise gym play to ensure safety and enforce capacity rules so everyone has a positive experience.
Keep it Clean: Regularly reset toys and keep our gym neat, sanitized, and organized during down time.

👋 What We’re Looking For:
Must have both weekday and weekend availability.
Passion and enthusiasm for working with children of all abilities.
Experience in pediatric care or with the special needs community is a huge plus!
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to make a difference in our inclusive community.
