What they didn’t see is the 12 months of rehab we did in 2021, or the 7 months you lied in bed BEDRIDDEN in pain after being told by 3 doctors and a Head Coach that you would never play football again. But as I write this with tears in my eyes, knowing the pain you fought through, the mental anguish you overcame, the fact that you are literally a walking miracle in the flesh who just finished his ROOKIE SEASON of PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL….
the same people who criticized you couldn’t hold your jock strap in 20 tries….

Needless to say nephew, proud is an understatement. You went to the U of M wanting to be a hometown hero, that turned into you becoming the Starting Quarterback for the HOMETOWN PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM!

Yeah some games you did suck 🤷🏽‍♂️ but you never let it stop you. Your cool poised mentality made you bounce back fast. God gave you a gift that many wish they had. The hate is a twisted compliment that the admire you.

Long story long, I can’t wait to get back to work to prepare for the sequel. I’m proud of you nephew, the city was dying for a superhero… let it be you 😎🦾💪🏾 Witcho COOL ass 🥶😎

SHABAZZ FITNESS ATHLETE OF THE WEEK IS AIDEN SMITH OF ARLINGTON HIGH SCHOOL! A sophomore basketball player whose expression NEVER changes, his inflection NEVER changes, but neither does his work ethic…IT NEVER changes! It’s consistent, he works so hard, and his results are the proof. Aiden told me that he was touching middle of the net when we started training and just last week he showed me a video of him touching the rim for the first time!

That’s only part of the progress, as his bench max has gone up 20 pounds, his explosiveness has increased DRAMATICALLY, but his facial expressions…yup…still just as blank as ever.

Keep up the good work big man I’ll make you smile around here sooner or later.
