Lights, camera, popcorn! 🍿 Our PreK student took a field trip to the GEM Theatre in Kannapolis! There’s nothing quite like the sound of a theater filled with little giggles and pure excitement. Everyone was excited to sit with their friends, laugh at the funny parts, and experience the magic of watching a movie on the big screen.

Permission to get messy - oh yeah! Students had an absolute blast mixing their own mud concoctions and diving right into sensory fun!
Beyond the giggles, mud play is a fantastic, hands-on way to explore:
🧪 STEM & Creativity: Experimenting with ratios to get the perfect consistency.
🖐️ Sensory Development: Discovering the unique textures and properties of nature.
🌿 Nature Connection: Learning, playing, and growing in the outdoors.
Sometimes, the best classroom is the one where you have to get a little dirty to learn.
We had some special visitors at school today! Students were giggling with fun as the friends from Haystack Homestead visited. They loved interacting with the sweetest animals 🐐🐖
