Lake Norman Tai Chi Center Teaching authentic, lineage Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga and Meditation to develop a healthy body, focused mind and positive spirit.

As a traditional Chinese Martial Arts school, everyone at Lake Norman Tai Chi Center, Hall of the White Snake, is part of a large Kung Fu Family. We look out for each other, help each other, and train with each other. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or an advanced student, we all can learn something from each other. Even the instructors have been known to learn a thing or two from their students.
