NOW OFFERING PRIVATE MEMBERSHIPS!
To ensure a safe and clean environment, memberships will be limited and members will be required to schedule workouts prior to use. This will limit the number of members per hour and ensure we practice safe social distancing. All equipment will be wiped and sanitized before and after each use.
Certified Personal Trainers will be present during membership hours to help keep equipment sanitized, assist members with workouts, answer any questions, and help spot to ensure safety while lifting.

⁉️Did you know we offer customized meal plans⁉️
Here is an example of a client wanting to lose weight with a macro balance of
40% Carbs 20% Fat 40% Protein. Calories are about 100kcal above BMR. When adding in a proper workout this client will be in caloric deficit of around 400-600kcal average.
The biggest issue we see with weight loss is clients not eating enough! Yes I said eat more (of the right foods). When you starve the body of proper nutrition from under eating your body becomes stressed and you will actually store fat and burn muscle. This concept is very misunderstood in my opinion. There is a lot more science behind “hit your macros” and “be in a caloric deficit” which is thrown out loosely in the industry.
