Promotions are one of our favorite days at the gym because we can formally recognize the work and improvements that happen week after week.

Not everybody’s path looks the same. Some people are juggling careers, kids, injuries, competitions, school, or all of the above.

Regardless of the path, the requirement is the same: keep showing up and keep improving.

Our Summer Combat Camp is designed to help kids improve through focused Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu training in a fun, high-energy environment.
