🥋 **Congratulations to everyone who completed testing on Friday!** 🥋

As always, you amaze me, and I could not be more proud of my people! ❤️ The growth I have seen in each of you...no matter your age...makes my heart so incredibly happy. Watching you push through challenges, step outside your comfort zones, and see your hard work pay off is one of the greatest rewards of what I do.

Testing is about so much more than earning the next belt. It’s about perseverance, discipline, confidence, courage, and proving to yourself that you are capable of more than you thought.

I am proud of every single one of you! Not just for what you accomplished on Friday, but for the journey that brought you there. Keep working, keep growing, and most importantly, keep believing in yourselves. ❤️🥋

**Congratulations, ATC family! You earned this!** 🎉👏

Put Angels as the subject line

Community is a huge part of who we are, and one of my biggest goals is to give back whenever we can. That’s why I’m asking for your help today.

Angels Over Cliffs is doing incredible work to support homeless families in our community, and they have just one family left that still needs to be sponsored.

If you’re in a position to help, please take a look at the attached flyer and consider making a difference for this family. Every act of kindness matters, and together we can change lives.

Thank you for always showing what our community is made of. ❤️

My people are better than your people. 🥰

What an incredible camp with an amazing group of people! We all survived. 🙌🏼

I’m so proud of every single one of you. Everyone came in with their own struggles, challenges, and doubts…but every one of you pushed through and came out stronger. That’s what it’s all about.

Thank you all for making this camp one to remember. Keep showing up, keep growing, and keep believing in yourselves. 💪❤️
