💫New Week - Same focus & mission! Doing our best to be the best we can be...with our health, fitness and life balance.
☑️A few non negotiables to work on.: A minimum of 3x/week in the gym, pounding our Water, and really tracking the all important macro- Protein. Are you getting a MINAMUM of 30 grams in at each meal?

We will be participating again this year in Support Sisters- Combat for Cancer walk on October 17. We have our team page up and running. Please use the link to join Team Fit Fam. We had a really great showing for the walk last year, as well as donations. We plan to beat it this year. Fit Fam is an official sponsor this year of the walk and we are super excited to also have a Fundraising workout at the gym- on Saturday October 3rd. This will be open to the community. We will have our D.J. and a special 1 hour workout. We will be taking donations that will be presented to the Support Sisters.

Our annual Breast Cancer awareness tanks & tshirts have been designed and will be ready for sale later this week. Proceeds going to Support Sisters. Be on the look out for the reveal of this new merch. 🌞✨
