Safety: All riders under the age of 18 are required to wear a helmet at all times when in saddle. This is an insurance requirement and it is mandatory. All riders need to come to the barn in long pants and closed toe shoes. Your lesson can and will be cancelled with out a refund if the rider is not wearing these items. No, it does not have to be jean or breeches, or riding boots. Any long pants an
d full shoes are allowed. Cancelation Policy: All booked lessons services have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If a cancelation is done without the required 24 hours notice the full lesson amount will be due before the next lesson can be booked. If you do the 24 hour cancelation we are happy to rebook your lesson with in the next 7 days as the schedule allows, or add a lesson to the end of your paid package. Pre-Registration and Registration fees are non-refundable and none transferable. They will be credited to the balance of the event you are registering for. This fee is your commitment to attend the event. Payments: Payments for special events such as Camps and Clinics will be due in full 7-day before the event is schedule. You can loose your spot for nonpayment and it can be offered to a waiting list if the payment is not made. your first lesson will be due at the time of booking or 7-days before your first lesson. Reoccurring lessons will be due 24 hours before your lesson starts. Lesson clients that do not book 4 lessons packages will be required to keep a card on file for payment and cancelations. Please see cancelation policy above. Boarding: Boarder will be charged 1 month board, feed, and service fees at the start of your board contract. This 1 month collection will be applied to your last months board. There will be no deposits on boarding contracts. All boarders will have to give a 30-day notice starting on the 1st of the calendar month if they would like to move. The last month board that was collected at the beginning of the contract will be used for the last 30-days of board and the client will not pay their last 30 day board bill to the barn. If 30 days notice is not given your last month payment will not be applied, refunded, or transferred to other services. Boarders Late Fee: All Board is due in full for board, feed and service fees at the 1st of each calendar month. Board is late on the 4th day and will have a $50 late fee, followed by $5 a day after. If board is not paid in full by the 15th of the month a notice will be given to the owner to remove the horse and personal property off property by the 30th day of that month.
