One Year Of Commitment 👏

One year ago, Eddie walked into the gym with a goal: become a healthier, stronger version of himself.

He wasn't an athlete. He wasn't already in shape. He simply made the decision to start.

Fast forward one year:
🔥 More energy throughout the day
🔥 Stronger than he's ever been
🔥 Better endurance and confidence

But the biggest transformation wasn't physical. When Eddie started, running a single mile felt impossible. Today, he's an active member of local run clubs, regularly running 3+ miles at a time and doing things he never thought his body was capable of.

LEVEL UPS EARNED 🔓

Over the past training cycle, our athletes put in the work, trusted the process, and challenged themselves through our latest Level Method assessments. These assessments aren't just tests. They're opportunities to measure progress, identify strengths, and see the results of consistent effort.

At Contender CrossFit, we use Level Method programming to provide a clear path for fitness development. Instead of guessing whether you're improving, the Level Method helps athletes track progress across multiple areas of fitness with measurable benchmarks and clearly defined levels.

Throughout each cycle, athletes have opportunities to assess specific skills and capacities, giving them real data on their performance and a chance to earn new levels. Whether it's strength, endurance, weightlifting, gymnastics, or aerobic capacity, every assessment provides valuable insight into where you are and where you're headed.

One of the biggest challenges in fitness is knowing if what you're doing is actually working. That's why we believe in tracking progress. The numbers don't tell the whole story, but they do provide proof that consistency pays off.
