Tomorrow, I embrace 51 trips around the sun! Life is good…I have an awesome husband, two spectacular sons, a bonus daughter, my dad at home and recently earned. E-RYT200 status… life is good.

So proud of these awesome peeps. To see the growth in their practice makes my heart so happy. I am back… knee is on the mend and holiday is behind us so classes are back to normal. See you on the mat MW at 7 pm

It has been accomplished...today, I completed over 1000 hours of teaching yoga. Officially an E-RYT 200!
