Sign up for an exciting season with our 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗼-𝗘𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲! This six-game league will run from November 3 to December 17, with a Thanksgiving break, at the Corpus Christi Gym, located at 3202 Cabaniss Parkway.

• Recreational Division will play on Tuesday evenings
• Competitive Division will play on Thursday evenings

𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:

Campers will engage in a variety of exciting indoor and outdoor activities, including sports, arts and crafts, science projects, and tons of games. We’ll provide morning and afternoon snacks each day, but don’t forget to pack a lunch! ⛹️ 🤸‍♂️

The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department announces the 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻, located at 1901 N. Shoreline, to address and repair damages caused by a recent vehicle incident. The 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 starting on 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟰, 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬, weather permitting.

On September 19, at approximately 2:00 a.m., a vehicle entered the Watergarden area, drove through the basin, and became stuck. The Corpus Christi Police Department investigated the incident. The City will file a claim against the driver responsible for the accident, seeking to recover all expenses related to the repair process and the cost of water replenishment.

For public safety, all Watergarden lighting has been temporarily disabled until repairs are complete. Repairs will involve draining both the upper and lower basins to allow safe access for maintenance staff.

Free Family Fun!

Kids ages 0 to 17 can dive in to rescue a pumpkin. At 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m., up to 50 kids will dive each hour. The 10:30 a.m. session includes special needs/adaptive swim to join in the fun. Be sure to pre-register online to secure a spot! 🏊

Enjoy pumpkin decorating, music, and open swim after each rescue. Family and friends can cheer from the sidelines, and the pool will be open to everyone afterward.

The "Raging Ice" food truck will be on-site with delicious food and drinks for purchase! 🚎 First 30 sno-cones are FREE!

Henry’s role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining the two T-heads and L-head, providing hands-on training to new dockhands, maintaining docks, marina equipment, and operating the travel lift. He also serves as a first responder for minor electrical and plumbing maintenance needs. His versatility and willingness to help keep things running smoothly!

Helping build the MORF Pier - a major project that took many months to complete and required dedication, hard work, and teamwork.
Additionally, the recent preparation to demolish the old Marina Haul-Out Facility which required a large number of man hours and coordination amongst the Marina team to empty out a facility that had been occupied for many years.
