A productive night at Youth JAM!

On Sunday, our youth put a little muscle into moving the fridge into our new Youth Room and then jumped into their final rehearsal for Youth Sunday!

They’ve been working hard to prepare, and we can’t wait for the congregation to see what they have planned. Join us this Sunday for Youth Sunday at St. John’s UMC!

This month in Youth JAM, we’re exploring some “J” characters of the Old Testament and their connection to another important “J” word—Justice!

Through the stories of Jeremiah, Jonah, Job, and Jacob, we’ll explore what God’s justice looks like, how God calls us to seek justice, what we can do when we experience injustice, and how we take responsibility when we are part of the problem.

Join us for Youth JAM Sundays from 5:30–7:00 p.m. as we discover what it means to live justly in our own lives and communities.

Yesterday was a great evening at the beach with Youth JAM! We had 10 students and 5 adults join us for our annual Beach Day, where we enjoyed swimming, games, snow cones, and plenty of time together.

It was a great way to wrap up the summer and enjoy an evening of fun and fellowship. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made Beach Day such a great night!
