If anybody is considering signing up for boxing at Glove Life Boxing, FYI!

It is not easy! You run everyday outside in the heat and inside the gym is hot too! A lot of people stop coming because of the heat!

Secondly, getting hit in the face and stomach is not fun! There is no tapping out when you feel uncomfortable! This is the second major reason why people stop training with us!

But if you can push through the heat and learn as you take your blows, you’ll begin to develop into a very good boxer!
